Our team is committed to providing the best of care to children and their families. Our professional staff is:
- experienced in assessing unique strengths and needs of each child and family; supportive of the ongoing development of cultural and ethnic identity and ensuring cultural identity in care; and,
- competent in interventions necessary to prevent crises and potential placement disruptions.
All staff is required to complete 40 hours of training annually to enhance the skills and knowledge needed for application and practice.
